The city of Clamart has been building a collection of modern and contemporary art since 1979. Today, this collection comprises nearly 300 works : sculptures, photographs, paintings, prints, and drawings, which will be shown for the first time at the Albert Chanot Center for Visual Arts.
The Reinvented Collection presents a tour of the city’s collection, presenting recent acquisitions as well as hidden works that will be revealed through the unique perspective of special guests. As such, a sensitive and lively dialogue will be established between the selected pieces and the contemporary creations proposed by the guests.
The invited artists : Bénédicte Dussère, Jacques-Émile Lecaron, Eden Morfaux, Éric Sempé, Elisabeth Schlumberger.
